Abstract : The Cyber Congress is one of the most popular medical internet system. We developed The Cyber Congress program of new style for activating of medical research network. An internet-based This Cyber Congress program was developed for four courses to design, development, implement, evaluation step. According to the survey conducted from 15 member of clinical pharmacology academy, 73.3% of them were satisfied with the system and 26.7% of them stated that they would recommend this system to other subjects. These factors identified from the survey can be used in the future development of effective cyber congress program.
