국가예방접종전산등록체계 개발을 위한 민간의료기관 하부구조 및 환경

배 경 : Immunizations have been one of the most effective measures preventing from infectious diseases. It is quite important national infectious disease prevention policy to keep the immunizations rate high and monitor the immunizations rate continuously. To do this, Korean CDC introduced the National Immunization Registry Program(NIRP) which has been implementing since 2000 at the Public Health Centers(PHC). The National Immunization Registry Program will be near completed after sharing, connecting and transferring vaccination data between public and private sector.

방 법 : The mail survey was done from 2001 October to December. 502(25.1%) private local clinic were responded among 2000 private local clinic which was randomized sample of private local clinic in Korea.

결 과 : At the result of analysis, the computerization rate(non-chart system) of private local clinic for managing method of vaccination record was 45%. The respondent of private local clinic said that the effort in computerization of private clinic is needed quickly for the regional or National Immunization Registry Program. It was revealed that only about a half of private local clinic managed vaccination record according to the law of prevention and control of infectious disease. Therefore it was regarded that the education and PR about the importance and guidelines of immunization record must to be performed. In the current status of the computerization infrastructure in local clinic, the using rate of computer was 83.1% and the using rate of non-chart system for health insurance claims was 96.4%.

결 론 : It was concluded that it was enough to computerization for immunization record. But each local clinic used different immunization module and the using rate of immunization module in non-chart system was low. It was essential that the development and offer of standardized immunization module and programme to local private clinic or medical software programme development company should be performed for efficient and effective managing the immunization record and related information. And the plan for continuous and active participation of the private health sector should be developed for the successful enforcement of National Immunization Registry Programme.
