Abstract : This article describes the development and effects of distance learning course using both online and face-to-face methods in RN-BSN programs. Four steps were used for course development. The effects of this course were evaluated by analyzing the researcher-developed questionnaire. For-eight students were responded. Overall satisfaction with this course was high. The most satisfactory was the learning methods using both online and face-to-face learning, followed by content. Based on these findings, additional courses using both online and face-to-face learning for RN-BSN students should be developed and implemented in nursing. keyword : internet, distance education, RN-BSN course
