근거-중심 간호 교육프로그램 설계 및 구현

| Abstract : This study was conducted to develop a Evidence-Based Nursing education program for nurses carering patients with ventilator. The Evidence-Based Nursing education program was developed cooperatively by content experts, instructional designers, programmers and graphic designs. Based on the systematic design of instruction model by Dick, Carey & Carey(2001), This study was conducted from September, 2003 to July, 2004. This program was a very useful in increasing the effectiveness of learning and problem-solving ability in the nurses. Also, I hope this program will be used as a tool of education program for nurses |
