SNOMED CT와 서울대학교병원 퇴원요약지 용어의 개념 비교 연구

Abstract : Systematized Nomenclature of Human and Veterinary Medicine Clinical Term(SNOMED CT) is one of medical terminology systems. The purpose of this paper is the evaluation of the SNOMED CT coverage for concept used in discharge summary in SNUH(Seoul National University Hospital). We extracted 3,545 unique concepts from 1,000 discharge summaries and mapped to concepts in SNOMED CT using automatic mapping and CLUE BROWSER. All matched concepts corresponding to SNOMED CT are 89% and 11% of the concepts are not existed in the SNOMED CT. We evaluated the appropriateness of SNOMED CT in SNUH as reference terminology system.
