Abstract : To construct Traditional Medicine Language System(TMLS), which is based on ontological approach. we are developing of TMLS Development Environment. TMLS DE are consist of Ontology Editing, Knowledge Extraction from free-text, Integration between Ontologies, and Mapping Modules. This paper present the perspectives of Components and the methodology of TMLS Development Environment and show the Application Interface Implemented by us.
