효율적 응급의료정보전송을 위한 HL7 활용

| Abstract : This paper is designed for the Emergency Patient Information Transmission System using the HL7. It is focusing on patient information exchange when it happens a emergency case at outside of hospitals. We will study a image and a data transmission by PDA because emergency medical information exchange system gives only voice data about patient's condition to a responsible person(a doctor). The death rate on transmitting was high because of a wrong diagnosis in Korea. To make an accurate diagnosis, the physician must first obtain the patient's complete medical history, and need more correct information of patient's condition. We use the constructed HIS system for searching the patient's medical history and seeing the patient's condition at a hospital. |
