Abstract : We introduced the medical record forms in electronic medical records system of Konkuk University Hospital(K-EMR). Here we focused on the structure and main function of medical record forms of K-EMR. We wish it will provide some help to the establishment of the Electronic Health Records System and high quality in medical environments in Korea.
