웹기반 협업을 통한 만성폐쇄성폐질환 환자의 입원기록 용어분석

| Abstract : One patient's inpatient medical record was analyzed by using a web-based cooperative tool. The main cause of admission of the patient was COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease). The medical record includes admission note, vital sign sheet, doctor's order sheet, progress note, emergency note, discharge summary note, operation chart and anesthesia record sheet. A total of 396 concepts, 16 relations, and 460 connections were created. Fourteen top-level concept such as body, sign, procedure were found. Most common relation was 'isA' and the second was 'isPartOf'. We diagramed the whole relations between the concepts using a graphic tool. |
