Abstract : In terms of quality of Medical Record, Severance Hospital have been maintained in high level. So digitalization of medical record itself is a big obstacle and a threaten situation. The purpose of this study is to develop a EMR system based on MR item for accuracy and utilization of recording. the concept of MR Item and Form generator can be the helpful solution in successful adaptation of the EMR and sharing the medical information.
