Abstract : In the study of the obesity, it is very rare that one entity, whether it is congenital or acquired, is the prime cause for the obesity and obesity-related phenotype. Therefore, we should understand not only all of the entities involved in the obesity and obesity-related phenotypes, but exactly their interrelations as well. The obesity is caused by the multiple causes, so we need to research into it with comprehensive access, not to be limited with the particular factors, and we need to make use of lots of online data in progress or progressed. Although there are lots of obesity-related database, it is difficult to get the information such as the interrelation of genes, symbols or the regulating system in the body. Also, it is difficult to gathering the information scattered online. In order to provide the comprehensive information for the research into the obesity, we have designed the integrated database by referring to about 10-related databases, and implemented the web-interface of convenient search functions giving the researchers a starting point to research into the obesity in a variety of aspects.
