The screen process was performed by 1 nurse and 1 medical record specialist. Five sites were selected for further evaluation. The site A scored highest with 43 points and the site D scored lowest with 19 points, in the 60 points full score evaluation. The score of purposefulness factor and appropriateness factor were high compared to the scores of other factors. On the other hand, the score of external link item in appropriateness factor, and the score of last update date item in authoritativeness factor were relatively low.
