| Abstract : This paper proposed that the pilot simulation program for the Metabolic syndrome concern people with the menu and exercise prescription using computer. In this program, the food database was established based on "Food Values of Portions Commonly Used", and the exercise database was established based on the unit calorie consumption per hour. In fact as our developed simulation program, the Metabolic syndrome peoples must be managed preponderantly contribute to mitigation and healthy improvement of the economic benefit according to individual to the systematic healthy management field of social economy by the foundation. |
