보건의료기관간 정보연계 방안에 관한 연구 - 한 사이버보건소를 중심으로 -

| Abstract : This research aims to develop health information connection between public health centers and health care facilities, using questionnaire surveys. Since health care computerization system started in 1994, most public health centers employ computer-based working system such as OCS and EMR without relying on paper charts and prescriptions. This study analyses the need for information connection between customers, health care facilities and public health centers and evaluates cyber public health centers which are already introduced in some areas. The results show that people in the community are interested in using health information to enhance their health status, while doctors and personnels in public health centers use health information to provide high-quality health care and to exchange health information between public health centers and health care facilities. It is recommended that public health centers collect health information from general public in the community as well as from related health care facilities and build health and medical information DB to support health care facilities in and efficient and effective way. |
